Its current church and hall were built in 1988; Phoenix Bishop Thomas Olmsted elevated the community to parish status in 2006. The parish’s Divine Mercy Adoration Chapel is open 24-7 for perpetual adoration. There is an Our Lady’s Gift Shop with religious items open on weekends.

God bless Father Craig Friedly for encouraging people to receive communion on the tongue while keeling. This should be the only way we receive the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ. This is a wonderful Church and the parish members are very blessed to attend.
This looks like a wonderful church, with an excellent pastor! I had never heard of Queen Creek, AZ, until Terry Barber, of Virgin Most Powerful Radio, mentioned that his good friend, Jesse Romero, lives there with his family. Perhaps Jesse Romero and his family attend this church. I’ve enjoyed Terry Barber’s “Bishop Strickland Hour” on Virgin Most Powerful Radio.
He was ordained in June 2007 at the age of 49.
I prefer receiving in the hand while standing. But if I attended mass at this priest’s parish, I would definitely receive kneeling while on the tongue. It’s like Fr Ed Broom says: don’t upset the priest.
Beautiful church and worth attending
