What significance in the life of the Church does the firing of Ralph Martin have?

Ralph Martin’s firing exposes the scorched-earth tactics of left-loving, progressive bishops. Bishops are purging some of the holiest and most faithful servants of the Church. This only serves to galvanize a growing assembly of shocked but otherwise complacent Catholics into action.

Thank you, On and On Anon. I take it that if the Church bans you, you must be holy.

How ridiculous. The Church is holy. Why not wait for the reasons to come out instead of jumping to conclusions? You think you know the story because trad websites that you visit whip you up into a frenzy. You don’t know. You just respond to trad clickbait.

The plant on the right side is nearly falling over. Someone should fix that.

    • Don't fix it August 1, 2025 at 2:23 pm

The plant on the right side is part of the painting. There is no need to stop a plant from falling over. It is a part of artistic expression of a natural landscape. Trees in nature sometimes lean to one side or another for one reason or another.

I think the whole painting on the wall is distracting and ugly. The statue behind the altar looks like it’s floating in the sky above the canyon. Just a very poorly artistically conceived space. I realize the space is very small, and so is the community. Maybe the church is the size of some people’s garages? Why not make it look more dignified instead of tacky?
