Names of priests Father Joseph Vieira, pastor. Father Vieira is a former Episcopal priest and Army chaplain ordained a Roman Catholic priest in 2013. He came to the parish in 2018 to replace the retiring pastor, Father Lowell Andrews.

Additional observations Holy Nativity is a church of the Personal Ordinariate of the Chair of St. Peter. On January 1, 2012, Pope Benedict established the ordinariate for groups of Anglicans in the United States desiring full communion with the Catholic Church. The parish was received into the Ordinariate in 2012; its former pastor, Lowell Andrews, was a former Anglican priest ordained a Catholic priest to serve the parish. Father Andrews was the first Anglican priest in the state of Arizona ordained for the Ordinariate. (He died in 2018.) Thirty of his parishioners entered full communion with the Catholic Church at the same time. The church has owned its own property since 1974.
