Additional observations  This is a small parish in the Diocese of Salt Lake City.  It is served by a faithful priest; its parishioners are devout.  The church was completed in 2003.  It has a Newman center for local college students who meet Wednesdays and Sundays.  A thrift shop is open Thursday through Saturday.  As the parish is in Utah, there is a large Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints (LDS, Mormon) community in the area, plus an LDS temple which opened in Cedar City in 2017.
