Additional observations Precious Blood is a beautiful, historic church in Los Angeles’
Westlake district. The parish was established in 1923; the current Italian Romanesque
church was built in 1926. Special features include three rose windows, 12 large stained
glass windows, mosaic Stations of the Cross, an ornate ceiling and gold tiles around the
altar. A central mosaic behind the altar depicts angels catching the Precious Blood of
the crucified Christ in their chalices. The mosaic was the work of famous artist Millard
Sheets. Over the entrance of the church is a Seven Sacrament mosaic. Not far from
Hollywood, the structure has been the backdrop for many movies and television.

No Latin Mass, sad.
Well what can you do in this post-TC world… even if there were a congregation that wanted it (and I think they do) they couldn’t do it.
