Dear Pro-life friends,
It was a relatively busy Tuesday morning at Planned Parenthood downtown, with many women taking flyers from the sidewalk counselor. Around mid-morning the counselor recognized one of the women he had given a flyer to earlier as she was walking out. She was focused on her phone, but looked up at the counselor with a smile on her face and gave him a wave.
As she walked past the counselor he could hear her talking into her phone, saying “No…not doing it. Not gonna do it.” She continued walking down the street, still on the phone. She returned about 5 minutes later and went inside PP, but came back out a minute later. While we don’t know for sure, she was apparently canceling her appointment. Her boyfriend drove up almost as soon as she came back outside, and they talked in their car for about 5 minutes before driving away.
This gave reason to pray for thanksgiving about 20 minutes later when a large prayer group from St. Anne’s arrived to pray.
This evening (Tuesday) at 6 PM is a candlelight opening prayer vigil to start the fall campaign for 40 Days for Life at the downtown Planned Parenthood location. Prayers of thanksgiving for the baby that was likely saved this morning will be included in the prayers for a successful 40 Days for Life Campaign. It had a good kick-start this morning!
Please pray for this couple and their unborn baby.
