You don’t really believe in protecting every life if you support the death penalty and open Churches to a deadly virus, ya know?
Every life can’t be protected. It’s an impossibility.
Anonymous, we don’t support the death penalty as Catholics and if you think going into a Church that seats 700 – 1000 people with a max of 30 people is dangerous you don’t know much about science. If you really do believe that, then you might want to pack up and get into your freshly sanitized car and drive to Joshua Tree National Monument and find a spot where you can sit for the next few months.
I’m unlikely to rely upon a midwit to judge my knowledge of science
I’m Catholic and I support the death penalty. Despite what some claim, the church does not require that Catholics support abolishing the death penalty.
Therefore, Anonymous at 2:38 PM, you conclude that every life is NOT worth protecting. If that’s your point, just say it and stop pretending that every life is worth protecting.
I think Pope Francis has stated a death penalty should be a last resort when life sentances are impractical. Does the Deacon have anything to clarify this?
