The following comes from an August 9 United States Department of Justice release:
A priest for the Roman Catholic Diocese of San Jose pleaded guilty today to four counts of tax evasion, announced Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Caroline D. Ciraolo, head of the Justice Department’s Tax Division, U.S. Attorney Brian J. Stretch for the Northern District of California and Special Agent in Charge Michael T. Batdorf for the Internal Revenue Service’s Criminal Investigation (IRS-CI).
Father Hien Minh Nguyen, 56, admitted that over a period of four years, he stole money his parishioners donated to the Diocese and willfully evaded paying income taxes on the money he misappropriated each year from 2008 through 2011. He admitted that he deposited this money into his personal bank account, did not disclose this income to his return preparer, did not keep records of the donations he stole, and filed false income tax returns which did not report this money.
Father Nguyen also pleaded not guilty to bank fraud charges. Those charges are still pending.
Sentencing on the tax evasion convictions has not been scheduled. Father Nguyen faces a statutory maximum sentence of five years in prison and monetary penalties for each tax evasion conviction. Father Nguyen’s next scheduled appearance is a status conference on the bank fraud charges currently scheduled for Aug. 23. An indictment is merely an allegation and a defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in court. Father Nguyen pleaded guilty to the tax evasion charges. He has not pleaded guilty to bank fraud charges and remains presumed innocent of those charges.
Until and unless there are better financial controls mandated and adopted at the parish and diocesan levels, this will continue to happen. Most parish Finance Councils are a joke, if they exist at all. There needs to be responsible lay involvement in the receipt, deposit, safeguarding and expenditure of ALL finances.
As Ronald Reagan said: Trust but Verify. Particularly verify. Verify. Verify.
Finance councils are advisory only. The pastor basicly can do whatever he wants.
IRS motto; In God we trust. All others we audit.
The idea that all crime can be prevented by controls is the misguided thinking that is turning this country into a police state. The push by the socialist controllers arises from a view that humans will act badly by their nature, so all of society must go into lock down to control individual bad behavior. Gone is personal responsibility for individual sin, and while there is a prosecution in this case, that focus will be diminished as the entire population is increasingly subjected to the Big Brother surveillance state.
Which, by the way, is exactly the pattern pursued following the Amchurch homosexual abuse scandals. Suddenly, every lay parishioner with any minimal connection to any youth group was subjected to fingerprinting, background checks and safe environment training. Yet nothing was done to stem the tide of homosexuals into the priesthood, proven to be source of 85% of the abuse. So again, put the world under lock down, but the perpetrators still skate.
It takes very mature, responsible leadership, Ralph, and a strong backbone, to run a Church or a country! That is the missing key!
Right. Unfortunately, we get the leaders we deserve, and the milquetoast Catholic population have nobody but themselves to blame.
Well, Ralph– the lay people really have no legal voice, in the Church! It is all in the hands of the top clergy leaders– particularly, the Pope, and his advisors, plus the College of Cardinals, and theologians who influence them all! Good, devout, faithful lay Catholics and their families— are not being served, since Vatican II! It is all not our fault at all– it is the fault of those in power, who have done much evil!
Yes, here we go again: blame Vatican II. Really LMaria, you’ve committed at least two errors in reasoning and logic. I’ll just mention one here: faulty generalization or “secundum quid”: taking a particular instance or instances and applying it generally to all: because one priest is convicted, then all priests, and even the Cardinals are criminals. It’s very fallacious.
Really LMaria, your hatred for the Church has become detrimental to YOUR soul. Just read the silliness you’re saying here: so the crimes of this priest in San Jose is in the hands of the College of Cardinals and the Pope. Nonsense.
Thanks. What about Archbishop Fulton Sheen’s famous remark to the effect that that it would be up to the laity to reform the Church. I’ll excuse nothing by the hierarchy, but it’s not our fault at all? Good devout faithful families – no it’s not their fault, but plenty of fault resides with millions of Catholics who find in modernism a convenient excuse for their apathy and broken lives. If the laity had been more faithful, many more faithful priests would be raised up.

A Message from One of My Heroes: Bishop Rene Gracida Calls the Laity to “Rise Up” — Literally!
https://lesfemmes-thetruth.blogspot.com/2016/04/a-message-from-one-of-my-heroes-bishop.html
Jon, “hatred” for the Church? I’m not sure what your profession is, but you are most assuredly out of your depth here in that particular diagnosis.
That said, Ralph, I tend to agree with you that the laity bears some responsibility. But that responsibility lessens the further and further the dilution of Catholic teaching – from the pulpit, from the Vatican, etc – becomes.
In the days just after VII, if the laity had remained strong and rejected the worldly spirit that, though seemingly heaven-sent in light of the spirit of the times, things would be different today. But today, we are multiple generations from the event and, sadly, one cannot teach or uphold what one really does not know.
And the offerings at “Catholic”…
…schools are often nothing but an occasion to lose what Catholic Faith one’s parents can instill. This is said from having run the gambit of CA parochial offerings.
So again, in +Sheen’s time, there was far closer connection to those truths that are even now so incredibly diluted that even “Catholics” seem shocked to learn what the Faith really requires.
And that was, in my view, by design.
So now we have swaths of “Catholics” who are getting the kind of priests that they deserve, but they are so ill educated outside of Social Justice that they have no idea what they should have.
They’ve been fed a lie…or at least truth so obfuscated they couldn’t pick it out in a crowd.
Kind of like being raised on Happy Meals and not knowing that food can also be cooked more healthfully and economically at home. Your own home. When someone suggests home cooking the looks of horror and eww ensue.
Ralph, Abp. Sheen was a “born catechist,” and a “born Catholic leader,” who knew his responsibilities well, lifelong, to correctly guide and shepherd Catholic flocks, worldwide! He knew his leadership role very well, and he never abandoned it, after Vatican II!I In fact, he increased his teaching and preaching ministry to the millions, after Vatican II, because the Church was falling to pieces, and his work for Christ was so desperately needed!
Ralph, the Church destroyed the good of all their faithful Catholic families, at Vatican II– with dumping in the garbage, all the good that they had been previously given— and refusing to give anything of value, to their children ad grandchildren, thereafter! Try writing a letter to your local prelate, or even the Pope– all about what your kids are NOT getting, from the Church— and probably never will!! That’s that! The Church doesn’t care, either!!
To Ann Malley— I always appreciate your wonderful posts! Thanks!
Ralph, this is sad— but I have read of some famous, prominent Catholic laymen, who sent their diplomas back to well-known Catholic universities, such as Notre Dame, Georgetown U., etc.— because of these universities’ abandonment of Catholic teaching and discipline, embracing anti-Catholic beliefs and immorality!
In reference to Ralph’s post, of Aug. 13, at 11:02 a.m.– Abp. Sheen did not mean, by his remark, what some might think. He was a very courageous, tireless catechist, daily teaching anyone and everyone— and provided special help to both priests and the laity, with the catastrophe of the Church, after the Council! The laymen were especially stuck, with no help— NO CHURCH LEADERSHIP AT ALL!! Everything just fell to pieces! Thus, his remark.
Well, I guess I’ve been shouted down on this one, and that’s OK. You already know that I have no respect for Catholic or Jesuit education. etc. But some extricate themselves, and most don’t. I’m surrounded by family members with the same formative education as me, and they’re a mess. I don’t excuse them. They know what they were taught, but they make other choices. As St. Joan of Arc said, “God helps those who help themselves.”
Bless you, Ralph! Not too long ago, I heard two priests lament– one lamented that it was so hard for him, in the seminary, because his dad left the Catholic Faith in the 1960’s, and “went liberal,” and mocked his vocation. The other priest lamented that he had a brother who also once had a vocation, but “went liberal” in the 1960’s too, left the seminary, and “shacked up” with a girl, mocking the Church. Both these priests hurt deeply, from their bad family members! Many other priests have said similar things– so sad! Bless you, Ralph! Yes– “God helps those who help themselves!”
Too many of our priests are of such low character– and many are criminals, too! This makes the Catholic Church look very irresponsible! Local bishops might as well run down to the county jails, dress up all the low-life criminals there, in Roman collars, ordain them all, and place them in local churches! That’s how bad it seems!
Thanks for the laugh Linda Maria. I really needed that : ) : ) : )
I actually said that once, to a local prelate, when I was shocked over the clergy pedophilia crisis!! A couple of years later, when I was talking with another Church figure on the phone, I said, “you know, there have been three pastors whom I have talked to on this very same phone in the past— whom we all respected, looked up to, and even had with our homes and families! And all three turned out to be DECEPTIVELY DANGEROUS CRIMINALS!! Well, I am NOT USED TO BEING AROUND DANGEROUS CRIMINALS!!! So– well, you never know whom you will get, on the other end of this phone line– and he had better be GOOD!!!”
Ivy League, at the same time, I also said to these prelates– “I’d like a dime back, for every Confession and Communion, from these CRIMINALS in our clergy, over the years! What a CHEAT! I want my money back! Plus, they have cheated so many, out of their beautiful memories and keepsake albums– of weddings, funerals, baptisms, and other important and special religious events! We have all been BETRAYED!!!” Of course– it is FAR WORSE– the HORRIBLE BETRAYAL AND SUFFERING, of the poor victims of evil clergy child sex molestation!
Yes, betrayal. A hierarchy dominated by homosexuals and their supporters whose chaotic minds have distorted Catholic theology (as understood by mainstream Catholics) into a mishmash of Marxism, feminism and homosexualism to the point where 54% of U.S. (self-identified) Catholics voted for Obama twice. The crimes of the actual hands-on abusers is just the tip of the iceberg.
Actually– at that particular time, we had had at least two pastors, thus far– and at least two assistant priests, all of whom were evil pedophiles! And there were plenty more pedophile priests, who were convicted of their crimes, in surrounding parishes! A HORRIBLE SHOCK!! We interacted with all of these CRIMINALS, ALL THE TIME!!! VERY, VERY DANGEROUS!! Especially, for Catholic school children!!
Don’t forget (as I know you really do not intend to, LM) the many priests and religious of outstanding dedication and devotion, Linda Marie, who labor in obscurity and who deserve our love, prayers and support.
Steve Phoenix– I agree with you! Many of our best priests do not get enough praise and recognition, for al the good they do!! And some are deliberately persecuted, too by liberal, good-for-nothing bishops!!
No folks LMaria is not joking. She is serious in her mistake about the clergy. That’s why her words are scary.
jon, of course I am serious! And YES– the Roman Catholic Church has made some VERY BIG AND TRAGIC MISTAKES (NOT ME!!!) placing CRIMINALS masquerading in Roman collars, as false priests— in our local parishes and Catholic schools! Aren’t you concerned about criminals in the clergy, too? They are very dangerous and SCARY, jon!! Hope you will report one to the cops IMMEDIATELY– if you ever have the misfortune of seeing one commit a crime, in your parish!! VERY SCARY!!!
As bad as clerical crime is, the rate of clerical crimes is LOWER than in other professions, LMaria. THat’s why your remarks are SCARY in its unjust castigation of Catholic clergy.
But I know where your antipathy against the Catholic clergy is coming from. It is in the interest of SSPX sympathizers (including those who run “independent” chapels) to cast negativity over the legitimate/legal clergy of the Church. How about the crime of anti-semitism and hate that is leveled against your beloved SSPX?
Great tossing in of your favorite boogie man scapegoat, jon. How about the obsessive compulsive fixation on the SSPX that has zero to do with the priest in this article.
jon, I am NOT a member of the SSPX, although I admire them, and their founder! Human beings sin, jon! And in our Church– human beings have committed COLLASSAL SINS!! It is VERY IMPORTANT, to ACT LIKE A RESPONSIBLE ADULT, and to PROTECT CHILDREN ALWAYS, FROM EVIL!!! And best to remain OBJECTIVE, and MATURE— and GIVE YOUR LOYALTY ONLY TO GOD!!
jon, after the evil priest pedophile crisis broke, I asked a major prelate, in the sacristy, why they “covered-up” these criminal priests, all these years. He said, it was to “protect” his priests. I replied, “well, don’t you know– that even if your own mother went and robbed a bank– you have a DUTY BY LAW– to REPORT HER TO POLICE?” He replied, “no, I would PROTECT my mom!” I said, “That sounds just like the Italian Mafia, that protects its crime families!” Very IMMATURE, IRRESPONSIBLE, and SINFUL prelates, jon! Better watch out for yourself and your loved ones!
In case you haven’t heard LM and AM: the Church nowadays is considered to be one of the safest, if not the safest, place for children, thanks to the “zero tolerance” policy and the child-protection mandatory workshops that the US bishops have enacted in parishes. That fact ALONE renders futile your over-blown vehemence and vile against the clergy.
HOWEVER, I still maintain that your continued contempt for the legitimate clergy of the Church, for the Ordinary Form, and for the Second Vatican Council is explained by your adherence to the SSPX, or to whatever “independent” chapel you frequent, or even to (God-forbid) one of these traditionalist groups who are in union with Rome but only offer the EF! These SSPX and…
“independent” chapels have become cesspools of hate against the legitimate clergy of the Church, of anti-semitism, of fear!
jon– Only a baby blindly follows bad Church leaders, who promote gay sex and gay “marriage,” birth control, abortion, and cohabitation, women (even lesbian!) “deaconesses” and “priestesses,” Holy Communion for anyone who wants it, with no religious nor moral requirements– and a million other UN-CHRISTIAN, IMMORAL, worldly, pagan beliefs and practices! Go right ahead jon, make your choices for yourself! It takes COURAGE and MATURITY, to ignore the world, and stand up for Christ!!
jon— many Catholic parishes and Catholic organizations of today, place orders for lovely, older religious items— from SSPX sources! For these hard-to-get items, the SSPX is a GREAT source! Recently, I was looking for an affordable, large print copy of the Douay-Rheims Bible, for an elderly relative, who appreciates the loveliness and reverence of this English language translation, dating from the Renaissance era. I called up an excellent SSPX source in the Midwest, and guess what– they had just sold out of this item! No one cares, if you belong to the SSPX, or not!
Interesting. jon immediately attributes bad intentions to Linda Marie’s supposed “bad intentions.”
Rather like the jon calling the kettle black..
Steve Phoenix– it seems that jon thinks the SSPX chapels, and other churches that love the beautiful traditional Latin Mass– are places of “hate!” A lovely Latin Mass is simply a lovely Mass, with devout worshippers, that’s all! Most people think the beautiful old Latin Tridentine Mass– is “the most beautiful thing this side of Heaven,” as one young man put it, accurately, many years ago!
When I was growing up, Catholic boys were very proud to learn their Latin responses, and serve the lovely Latin Mass! They were often very interested in becoming a priest someday, as they were usually very impressed with the priesthood! To most young Catholic boys, the priesthood was the epitome of anything you could possibly be! Vocations in those days, were plentiful, and seminaries were full of young Catholic men, desiring to become good Catholic priests, saying their beautiful Latin Mass, the epitome of all one could conceive of!
TOTALLY WRONG! So a lovely Mass is just a lovely Mass, even though the priest and the congregation may espouse anti-semitism and hate?! WRONG! I wouldn’t want to support that kind of “chapel” if I knew the priest and the people there were anti-semites! I’d run away from it and many people would if they knew, even though you and the folks inside there were talking in Latin left and right. You make a mockery of the sacraments of the Church, LMaria.
You have put up for yourself an “idol” which is “catholicism”—the external trappings and outward “show” of things that look “religious” but you have lost its real power and SOUL, which is love of God, of neighbor and mercy for the guilty. Repent LMaria. Repent!
jon, you are a little insane with your posts! You sound extremely UN-CHRISTIAN!! The good Catholics who attend Mass at SSPX chapels, and send children to their excellent schools and seminaries– are just very nice, normal, ordinary, devout Catholic people! There was only one bad bishop, who got kicked out because of his evil, anti-Semite beliefs and remarks. Everyone in the SSPX thought he was just HORRIBLE!! Why don’t you grow up, jon, and see the many good people, and be kind to them?? And find the beauty and theological truth, too, of our Latin Mass!
jon, if you go to Mass tomorrow, on the Assumption Feast– it is hoped that you will behave like a nice Catholic young gentleman, towards the sensitive, delicate, good, gentle, soft-spoken, well-mannered Catholic ladies of all cultures, in church! They will be all dressed up, very devoutly honoring Our Lady, on her Feast Day! Many of them love to worship Our Lord, in the beautiful, timeless, theologically-accurate, nearly 2,000-year-old Tridentine Latin Mass! That is their right, jon. You owe them RESPECT and GOOD MANNERS, kiddo! NO MORE ANSWERING OUR POSTS!!
One bad bishop?? One? How about two? And both of them happen to be at the top! Williamson who denied the holocaust and Fellay who called the Jewish people the enemies of the CHurch! What happens at the top trickles down. These SSPX folks better renounce their anti-semitism for they are making dupes out of the folks who support them unknowingly!
….learn the Catholic Faith, jon, not Catholic appeasement propaganda. There’s a big difference.
What is being a dupe is to pretend to follow Christ in the Catholic Faith and be convinced that you cannot preach the gospels to our Jewish brethren. Same thing with speaking the truth to anyone.
Now, one can misuse the truth by using it as an excuse to hurt people. But there is no harm, but rather great good, in speaking the fullness of truth in charity. Just like the truth of having to “accept” Vatican II doesn’t mean taking all of what it says. That’s a fallacy. A dupe.
But Christ (the Truth) was considered a scandal back in the day and He is still – even with those who claim to follow Him. Don’t want to offend those Romans…
now, or the Gentiles, or the Jews or Buddhists, Atheists, or anyone with that pesky Gospel!
Go on with ya, Jon!
You re a baby, jon, who bullies others, egotistically, for attention. You have no respect for good Catholics– especially, fine Catholic ladies! If you cannot respect other posters– then, you should keep your nasty, horrible, un-Christian opinions to yourself— and don’t answer other posters!
Steve Phoenix- thank you! Too many of our dedicated priests get a bad rap because of the misdeeds of a few priests
No mention of what the money was spent on, and I kind of don’t want to know – but knowing might help prevent future abuses – so perhaps a bit of Spotlight is in order.
I know of a case going on at this time where do all these donations go I know to support yearly vacations
Your Sunday offerings at work. The IRS contacted the diocese, not the other way around.
Only checks or money orders ought to be placed into the collection, made out to the Church.
More trouble for jon the prelate from Archbp. Guido Pozzo: “SSPX Could be Reconciled without Accepting All of Vatican II”, Claire Cretien, Aug 10 2016, Lifesitenews.com.
In the article Abp. Pozzo affirms that not all V2 documents are doctrinal “unless explicitly so with regard to Faith and morals” (declaration, V2 Gen. Secretary Card Pericle Felici, Nov 16, 1964). Pozzo states, “Only those texts assessed by the Council Fathers as binding are to be accepted as such.” Specifically excluded is the disastrous Nostra Aetate, according to Abp. Pozzo. (The rest of us have said the same for years.)
So, assessing an “orthodoxy test” based on somehow forcing one to accept V2 documents is nonsense. There goes “jon’s World”…
Campion, thanks for your wonderful post! I read this article too, about Abp. Pozzo! Very good article! I, too, have believed likewise, all these years!
A-OK, LM: here is more for little jon to ruminate upon:
““Nostra Aetate does not have any dogmatic authority, and thus one cannot demand from anyone to recognize this declaration as being dogmatic,” Pozzo said. “This declaration can only be understood in the light of tradition and of the continuous Magisterium. For example, there exists today, unfortunately, the view — contrary to the Catholic Faith — that there is a salvific path independent of Christ and His Church.”
[He continues:] “Therefore, any interpretation of Nostra Aetate which goes into this [erroneous] direction is fully unfounded and has to be rejected.” -Abp Pozzo
Oh my; one does NOT have to accept all the docs of V2, wrong jon silver.

An apology to Ann Malley at any time would be timely and now due.
This is where Campion is AGAIN WRONG! If the Holy See accepts the SSPX, I am all for it, for it is the Vatican II as a whole that must be accepted. As Cardinal Mueller had said in an interview recently with the German magazine Herder Korrespondenz: if one “wants to be fully Catholic, one must recognize the Pope and the Second Vatican Council.”
But folks let us be clear as to why your beloved SSPX doesn’t like Nostrae Aetate: The declaration says good things about Judaism and the Jewish people. And your beloved SSPX have been known to be anti-semitic, sorry to say. Just remember WIlliamson’s denial of the holocaust on the eve of the lifting of his excommunication (which embarrassed poor Benedict). And just remember Fellay…
recently calling Jews among the “enemies of the Church:
So, folks you may rejoice in the fact that Nostra Aetate is a declaration. But even for the sake of your beloved SSPX, it must renounce its anti-semitism and hate, even as Mueller contends indirectly, that they have to accept all of Vatican II.
The Church has been bending over backwards trying to “accommodate” the SSPX, and time and again, they persist in their disobedience. Why? The Church and the Pope can’t accept their anti-semitism. The Pope and the Church can’t accept that they reject Nostrae Aetate which is friendly not only to the Jewish people, but to all religions. Let’s us delude ourselves. What you people have to fear is that if they don’t have to accept…
Nostra Aetate, what’s the motivation for your beloved SSPX to renounce the grave sin and crime of anti-semitism!
Campion, you’re great.
How about the high crime of denying the Catholic Faith, jon. The only real anti-semitism within the Church is to pretend that there is no need anymore to preach the Gospel to them. That’s some outrageous class distinction. Almost a reverse discrimination.
Don’t forget that the Jews were the ones who from a religious perspective believed that the Gentiles were dogs and beyond the truth of salvation.
Charity, true charity, is to give Our Lord’s message and offer to ALL. Not hide behind fear of persons…. or fear of being labeled. But labeling and smearing is what you do best.
WRONG: This is not a doctrinal statement and so we don’t owe anybody any apology. In fact, if it were to be made a doctrinal statement the Church would face shiscmatic movements from the other side. Then where would it go?
To be more nuanced about it, Campion, a Catholic does have to accept all the documents of Vatican II but:
1) Each document must be interpreted in a manner consistent with the Church’s Tradition, and
2) Each document has a different relative weight, indicated by its title (constitution, declaration, decree, etc.), which expresses how strongly a Catholic must give religious submission of intellect and will to its contents. Constitution = strong; decree = less strong; declaration = weaker.
Where many “Spirit of Vatican II” types go wrong is in attempting to treat declarations as if they are constitutions.
Sawyer, God love you, but to be specific – not nuanced – A Catholic has to accept – like anyone who must accept reality – that the documents of VII exist.
But, not everything is binding within them as has been purported. That is why the all-encompassing “Vatican II MUST be accepted for Catholics to still be in union with the Catholic Church” is erroneous as not all of that which is contained in the documents is in accordance with binding teaching.
Where many who want to support Vatican II as a whole enchilada go wrong is pretending that it was merely a “Spirit” that went wrong, instead of a prevailing spirit of modernism that was allowed to prevail in some areas due to Vatican II documents that could, thanks to their ambiguous…
… language, be used to foment novelty.
Add that to the elimination of the Oath Against Modernism – which precluded “new” interpretations – and you have the perfect golly-gee, we didn’t “intend” that.
Sorry, Sawyer, but you and I part on this giving VII a pass. Too much bad fruit and damage has been done as a result of not correcting the problems with it.
This Catholic will have no more of the obfuscation or facilitating thereof. No more.
Other sources reveal he underreported his income by $1.1 million for 2008-11:
“The indictment alleges that Nguyen underreported his taxable income by $337,516 for the tax year 2008; $376,500 for 2009; $335,456 for 2010; and $93,012 for 2011. The underreporting resulted in $349,952 in unpaid taxes, according to the indictment.”
Nguyen would be a good prospect for CCHD or Catholic Relief Services.
But really folks: one doesn’t understand why anyone would want to rejoice that SSPX may not have to accept Nostrae Aetate which says positive things about the Jewish religion, unless that person shares in the anti-semitism of the SSPX or that person shares in the belief that no one has the right to be free religiously.
The fact that Pozzo clarifies that Nostrae Aetate is a declaration containing no doctrine which is binding is neither here nor there. THis is the first time that the Church has said this, and so it is accepted. But what you folks have to pay attention to is Mueller who is the CDF Prefect, for he will put the SSPX to task on its anti-semitism and its disbelief of religious freedom.
The Catholic Church should concern Herself with preaching the Faith, not saying “good things” about any other religion. The pretense that speaking the full gospel to the Jews is a form of hate is absurd.
This may be the first time that the Church has said the truth about VII, but it is not the measure of whether or not the truth is actually there.
Documents which deviate from Catholic teaching cannot be binding. So get on with your hate fest, jon, hating under the pretext of “doing God’s will.” That’s what you do best.
Church leaders exist in every century, who are HYPOCRITES– and do not fully accept the true Catholic Faith, and betray it, and fashion it to their own liking. So it goes, with liberal, unfaithful, hypocritical Catholic leaders– of Vatican II!! Some will agree with me, and some won’t, which is fine. But that’s how I see it. All true Catholic Christians offer the love of Christ to all, including the Jewish people, Muslim people, etc. They never single out a group of people, like the “KKK,” and persecute them! That is UN-CHRISTIAN!! The SSPX is NOT like the “KKK,” they are NORMAL church-goers– and as a group– THEY PERSECUTE NO ONE!!!
