If you bought a rose outside your church on Mother’s Day, there is a new mother, or soon-to-be new mother out there who thanks you. Your donation, along with hundreds of others, resulted in $36,239 being donated to Obria Medical Clinics of Southern California, as well as many other pro-life organizations that depend on your support. 

In the San Antonio de Padua Respect Life Ministry update, Michael Cushing reported that the parish sent $1,200 in proceeds from its Mother’s Day rose sale to Obria.  

In addition to supporting Obria, the parish raised more than $20,000 through its Respect Life Ministry that supported Mary’s Path, the Santa Ana Life Center and Pennies From Heaven. Diapers, clothing and baby supplies were also donated to these organizations. (Click on link to full story for complete list of parishes receiving recognition.)
