Posted Tuesday, May 01, 2012 6:09 AM By Catherine The Sanchez sisters frequently spit in God’s face while pretending to care about the real meaning of the word dignity as God intended. They completely reject God’s Natural Law and support the culture of death. They don’t want to deny Social Security benefits to same sex addicts but they deny the basic right to life for innocent babies. Let us ask these very lost and morally twisted thinking sisters where the dignity is in inserting a pair of scissors into the base of the skull of a partially born baby? In a nutshell, Linda and Loretta Sanchez truly ignore the real meaning of the word dignity. When Linda was newly elected to Congress an interviewing CNN anchor asked her, “What did her big sister Loretta warn her about? Linda said, “I think probably the best advice was to not take criticisms and attacks personally, to really develop a thick skin and just not be distracted from what you need to be successful.” So in the eyes of Loretta and Linda success means it is OK to murder babies and mock God’s Natural Law. If you can even vote to have babies murdered as they are being born, then this is also considered successful and if anyone criticizes you for voting for this evil action, then don’t take it personally. Let us ask Loretta and Linda Sanchez this distracting but important question, Should the murdered baby take the attack personally? Loretta and Linda also don’t care if that partially born baby had a thick or thin layer of newborn skin when he or she was stabbed in base of the neck with a pair of cold steel scissors and murdered. The Sanchez sisters do not get distracted by such trivia. After all, they think they are successful now. I’m sure they won’t even be distracted by this story. Loretta and Linda Sanchez both firmly believe in the short term success of political gain over losing their immortal souls and experiencing long term eternal pain. |
Posted Tuesday, May 01, 2012 6:27 AM By Angelo I find it deplorable that some of my own race, Hispanics are seeking the approval of the world by spreading evil. What they don’t realize is that the respect they wish to gain from this is non-existant. They only cause grave damage to society in seeking the approval they imagine they will receive. If only they could just be themselves, then they will receive the approval they seek. They make the rest of us Hispanics look like idiots by following their false dreams. |
Posted Tuesday, May 01, 2012 7:00 AM By Marie I think Linda Sanchez’ statement would more appropriately be “No American should ever be treated differently by the country they love because of who they lust after.” |

Posted Tuesday, May 01, 2012 8:15 AM By Camille Sanchez’ logic, to say the least, is faulty. No one would deny that anyone who pays into social security should get social security in retirement. She wants one person’s social security to pay for someone else’s retirement based on that person’s homosexual proclivities. That’s sort of a form of welfare for the LGBT crowd. |

Posted Tuesday, May 01, 2012 8:50 AM By JMJ The only gay people are those that are right with God and we are getting all of the benefits from S.S. already. The homosexuals are NOT GAY and calling them so is a sin. Where in this country are we forcing people of the same sex to live together as man and wife? They have the same choice as normal people: find a mate (not a animal, fish, tree, etc.) of the opposite sex and get married. No problem, no sin. +JMJ+ |

Posted Tuesday, May 01, 2012 10:40 AM By Abeca Christian I’m not surprised that it is also a Hispanic. I’ve seen many Hispanic’s abandon their roots to become what they feel is an American of the USA. |
Posted Tuesday, May 01, 2012 11:52 AM By Bob It’s a good thing she and her sister aren’t Catholic – the bishops in both dioceses would certainly have imposed Canon 915 by now, right? |
Posted Tuesday, May 01, 2012 2:55 PM By Tracy Angelo, to my knowledge “Hispanic” is a culture not a race as you keep on saying. There are descendants of the Jews, Irish, Italians, Germans, African nations, as well as native Americans, and of course those with Spanish blood including a mixture of all the above who are “Hispanic”. You can add those groups I am missing. You also suggest that Hispanics such as Linda Sanchez make all Hispanics “look like idiots”. I can’t disagree with you more. If that were the case then every evil person from any Hispanic culture would make all Hispanics “look like idiots”. Or an evil person in someone’s family would make all members of that family “look like idiots” When I think of Linda Sanchez, I see an evil person who falsely calls herself Catholic. As a Catholic myself, I am not worried that she is making me look like an idiot. Now, if I ever do “look like an idiot” I have only myself to blame, certainly not an evil Catholic like Linda Sanchez. It is my belief that God will judge us on what type of Catholics we were, not what type of Patriots we were. I think the persecution of the 1920’s in Mexico clearly makes my point. Both evil and holiness were present. And in that particular case, I believe all involved happened to be from the Hispanic culture. |
Posted Tuesday, May 01, 2012 3:15 PM By Tracy Abeca Christian please read my response to Angelo. Many people who seek prestige and power are corrupt. Nothing has changed. You can look to any modern day culture from any part of the world and then go all the way back to the beginning of recorded time to see that this is a common plight of all mankind; not just Hispanics who adopt the culture of an American in the USA. I am not sure of what you mean by “abandoning their roots” but I know of many “Americans born in the USA” who abandoned their Catholic roots once they grew up. Even though their non-hispanic ancestors of the USA did not. I think the “university culture” has more to do with this than the “American culture of the USA”. |
Posted Tuesday, May 01, 2012 5:06 PM By Tracy Bob, I did not realize that Loretta and Linda Sanchez were not Catholic. I do know that Loretta Sanchez was allowed to talk during a Catholic Mass in Orange County during her first campaign for office. Maybe you were just being facetious. |
Posted Tuesday, May 01, 2012 5:30 PM By Abeca Christian Tracy the only Hispanics I am talking about are the ones next door to us of the Mexican kind. I am part Mexican, so I consider myself Hispanic also. But what I was speaking about was that many Hispanic’s in my area are liberal. Their roots is Catholicism, they abandoned the real convictions of the culture I was raised in, which is biblical, rich in family values and Catholic, rich in faith. This woman is like many Catholics around me that reach power. Like one friend of mine said that once they came here as young then they were indoctrinated in the Democrat party ideologies, that many forget their roots and adopt these views away from God, from these modern day times. |
Posted Tuesday, May 01, 2012 9:10 PM By Maryanne Leonard Angelo, don’t worry about any single Hispanic making all others look like idiots. Most people know that most Hispanics are just human beings like everyone else and also know that most are Catholics, or at least Christians, and most are good people. I am 1/4 German and most people don’t think I am a Nazi even though I speak a little German. I am 1/4 Norwegian and most people don’t judge me by my marauding Viking ancestors from 1,000 years ago even though I’m blonde and light-skinned. I am 1/4 Irish and most people don’t think I partake o’ the suds a bit too freely even though I do wring the pathos out of many an Irish song as if I missed the old country meeself. I am 1/4 Swiss and most people don’t think I wear braids and milk goats, even though I do climb mountains a lot. Most people have enough basic common sense to take each person on their own merits and ignore the prejudicial images that lore often teaches us to associate with certain ethnic groups, races, and national backgrounds. One day each one of us will be judged on high on our own merits alone, and that’s all that really counts in the final analysis. |
Posted Tuesday, May 01, 2012 9:39 PM By Cody in Tucson I love her quote – “Social Security is based on a simple formula – work hard, pay into it with each paycheck, and be able to retire with dignity”. Ha, ha, ha! When a relative went to the SS office to apply for her retirement benefit last year at 1030am she had to take a number to get her turn. At that time of the morning the wait number for a retiree benefit was up to #5 and the wait number for one wanting to apply for SS disability was #45. The office was filled with a bunch of 20-30 year olds. These young people should have their butts out on the street going to work or looking for work, not standing around waiting for a SS handout! These people certainly aren’t “working hard”, “paying into SS with each paycheck”‘, and “aren’t able to retire”. Throw these bums out of the SS office and quit making SS another democrat party welfare handout. Linda Sanchez is obviously ignorant in making her comments (or is she just plain lying). |
Posted Tuesday, May 01, 2012 11:12 PM By Bob Tracy, I was being facetious. Why the bishops haven’t taken action to excommunicate the supposedly Catholic politicians who ignore Catholic teachings shows that they are incapable of exercising their authority and should be replaced. The longer these politicians stay in office, the more harm they create. |
Posted Wednesday, May 02, 2012 4:41 AM By OSCAR One reason that Social Security is going broke is because of all those drawing who really should be on welfare. Instead they jeopardize the financial solvency of those who worked and paid into Social Security all their lives – due to the people add ons by the Democrats. |
Posted Wednesday, May 02, 2012 4:57 AM By Andy An interesting Bible quote from St. Paul to the Thessalonians regarding able bodied people is: “…..we gave you this command: If any one will not work, let him not eat.” 2 Thess 3:10. When was the last time this was preached from the pulpit? |
Posted Wednesday, May 02, 2012 6:14 AM By Sandra Same sex attraction does not prevent one from their Social Security “rights”. Only couples who are MARRIED receive death benefits. Marriage is between one man and one woman, so if you co-habitat otherwise, you are not eligible. Children receive SS benefits no matter what they call themeselves. So, there is no discrimination there either Rep. Sanchez. |
Posted Wednesday, May 02, 2012 8:48 AM By Tracy Abeca Christian, I’ll reiterate my point. The issue here is not about any particular culture. It is about anyone from whatever culture around the world at any time in history who accepts or rejects the “Father’s will”. Hispanics, including Linda Sanchez, or your neighbors are certainly not unique in this. Jesus makes it very clear in the scriptures when He says (to the Jews), “Who is my brethren ?”….. “For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother, and sister and mother.” Mat. 12:46-50. Jesus is not afraid to reject those Jews (His own kin) who reject the Father and the One He sent and to accept those Gentiles who accept the Father and the One He sent. Think about it, whole European nations starting in the 16th century rejected their Catholic family and turned to a false protestant Christianity. These nations at one time where completely Catholic just like Spain or Mexico. They produced saints just like Spain and Mexico. Does it surprise you that people raised in Catholic families today, no matter what their culture, still do the same? The Catholic church has had saints and heretics arise from within it from its conception from all the races and cultures around the world. There will be no end to this until Jesus’ second coming. I myself consider all faithful Catholics around the world as my kin. That is what I love about my Baptism into the Catholic faith. |
Posted Wednesday, May 02, 2012 9:11 AM By Tracy Abeca Christian, how do you explain all of those “Hispanic” Catholic politicians throughout the history of Mexico who were and continue to be corrupt? You can’t blame “Democrat” indoctrination for that. Let’s face it the lure of power corrupts. |
Posted Wednesday, May 02, 2012 11:01 AM By Catherine Tracy, You do not need to reiterate your point to Abeca Christian. The Sanchez sisters are Hispanic and this particular CCD story is about Linda Sanchez who happens to live in California and she is Hispanic. I understand your general point but what Abeca is communicating is something I have heard many Hispanics in California also say themselves. Abeca is not turning this into a politically correct competition of whose behavior is the worst in mankind. California has many good Hispanics but many have sadly assimilated the worst traits of our culture. Yes, there are others who have also but this particular story is about Linda Sanchez, who happens to also be Hispanic. One of the many beautiful noble traits of the Hispanic culture that I was just discussing with a friend is that Hispanics do not usually put their elderly in waiting rooms for death. This is so commendable. Abuelita and abuelito remain at home with their familia. Would it be politically incorrect to lament if this commendable trait ended too? How many Hispanics now give you the evil eye if you even mention Our Lady of Guadalupe? Sadly, there are many who do. This is heartbreaking. Abeca, being part Hispanic herself and watching the disintegration of certain moral values that were once held in high esteem is rightfully lamenting this particular and terrible decline. |
Posted Wednesday, May 02, 2012 2:53 PM By Abeca Christian Tracy you are correct. I am not disputing what you are saying. I understand now what you meant. But the reality is that of what I pointed out from the suburbs that I live in and around me, I think that pointing out the obvious in what is happening in general in certain area’s can help wake up Hispanics and hopefully move them to wake up and be proud of their roots and not bow down to evil. Angelo is correct to feel shame for what this woman is doing, because as Hispanics, we should publicly say that we do not approve and that her actions shame our culture. Helps others see that not all Hispanics are like that. I suppose. |
Posted Wednesday, May 02, 2012 4:02 PM By Kenneth M. Fisher Loretta Sanchez Brixey is a very good example of what many have written here. She first ran for City Council of Anaheim as a pro-life, somewhat conservative Republican. Then she came to KNOW Mayor Daley and he convinced her to become a Demoncrat and to change her name to her Father’s name, Sanchez. She thus proves that she is willing to fool those who would be fooled for political reasons, and Latinos of her District and some PRIESTS elected her (at least the 2nd time) against a solid pro-life CATHOLIC Republican, Robert K. Dornan. She really did not win the first time, that election was stolen by the Demoncrat Parties illegal voters. It seems that her parents are fine with the both of them, so don’t feel sorry for them. God bless, yours in Their Hearts, Kenneth M. Fisher |

Posted Wednesday, May 02, 2012 4:14 PM By Kenneth M. Fisher 8:48 AM By Tracy, In England and many other European countries, they did not convert to Protest-antism without the shedding of much blood. They didn’t convert, they were forced. Henry the VIII and his successors could not get the English soldiers to attack the Recalcitrants, so they recruited European Mercenaries from the Protest-ant countries or portions of same.
