Father Joseph Illo, pastor of Star of the Sea parish in San Francisco, gave a 12-minute homily on Sunday January 9.

“John the Baptist appears now to conclude Christmas-tide, with a baptism of Christ that re-makes our persons. John points to Jesus and Jesus points to the Father.”
