What: Save Hyde National Day of Action | Los Angeles Rally
When: Saturday, April 10, 2021, 11AM
Where: 350 S. Bixel Street, #120, Los Angeles, CA 90017
The Hyde Amendment, enacted in 1976, has protected the rights of hard working American taxpayers from having their income used to pay for abortions. This year all of that is changing.
On March 11th, President Biden signed the first massive spending bill, in the last 45 years, that didn’t include Hyde Amendment. Apparently, it’s not enough that the evil of abortion exists in this nation, but now the Federal government is forcing your hand to pay for it. To do nothing to stop our politicians in this matter is to take part in the slaughter of the pre-born. Hyde not only protects the taxpayer from funding abortion but eliminates the financial incentives driving abortion numbers. In short, Hyde saves lives. According to research, done by Dr. New for the Charlotte Lozier Institute, Hyde has saved over two million lives since its inception.
Survivors is hosting a rally in Los Angeles as part of the National Day of Action to save the Hyde Amendment. Join Survivors and other groups across the country in demanding true representation from Congress. Meet us at the office of Congressman, Jimmy Gomez, while we urge him to continue the bi-partisan support of Hyde that we have enjoyed for the last 45 years.
