The pro-life activist behind undercover videos that exposed Planned Parenthood’s involvement in human body parts trafficking says it’s time to start prosecuting the abortion business.

After an investigation that spanned more than a year, the House Select Investigative Panel on Infant Lives released its final report Wednesday. It made 15 referrals to federal and state law enforcement agencies for regulatory and criminal prosecution of numerous abortion facilities, universities, and fetal tissue companies for breaking federal laws and regulations.

David Daleiden, head of the Center for Medical Progress (CMP), called for the indictment and defunding of the abortion behemoth. CMP documented countless gruesome details and examples of Planned Parenthood officials bartering for baby body parts over the course of roughly three years.

“Law enforcement at all levels must now prosecute Planned Parenthood’s criminal abortion business to the fullest extent of the law,” Daleiden said in a statement, “and the American taxpayer should no longer be forced to subsidize the barbarism of the abortion industry.”

The Panel also recommended that Congress defund Planned Parenthood “to ensure good stewardship of taxpayer funds.”

“The Final Report of the House Energy & Commerce Committee’s Select Investigative Panel definitively shows that Planned Parenthood and associates in their abortion empire are guilty of breaking numerous state and federal laws in their criminal harvesting and sale of aborted baby body parts,” Daleiden continued.

He detailed various infractions admitted under oath by top-level Planned Parenthood leadership, and he also mentioned emails obtained by the Panel showing the National Abortion Federation (NAF) sought to get kickback payments for each successful harvest of body parts by a NAF-member clinic.
