The pro-life Center for Medical Progress (CMP) released a new video today, explaining how Democratic vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris, as California Attorney General, colluded with Planned Parenthood to weaponize California’s video recording law. Harris attempted to punish CMP’s undercover reporting on Planned Parenthood’s fetal tissue harvesting and research programs.
The six-minute video features CMP founder and president David Daleiden, who developed and orchestrated the organization’s 30-month-long undercover study of Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry’s participation in the illegal sale of body parts from aborted fetuses, describing how at the behest of Planned Parenthood, Kamala Harris had California Department of Justice agents raid his home to try to stop him from publishing undercover reports.
Daleiden says in the new video, “I’m not the first person to ever record undercover video in California.” The video shows examples of local TV news journalists and activists recording and publishing undercover video reports in the state. “Yet somehow, I have become the first person to ever have the California video recording law enforced against me for news gathering,” Daleiden continues.
Less than two weeks before the April 5, 2016 raid on Daleiden’s home to seize the videos, Kamala Harris met in person with several Planned Parenthood executives, including the lead abortionist at Planned Parenthood Orange & San Bernardino Counties (PPOSBC), whose fetal tissue program was then under investigation by local law enforcement. PPOSBC’s business partners, DaVinci Biosciences, admitted guilt for illegally selling body parts from Planned Parenthood and were shut down in a $7.8 million settlement. The Orange County District Attorney credited CMP’s undercover reporting with prompting the successful case.
“It’s pretty obvious that the reason that I alone was targeted by Kamala Harris was because I dared to criticize Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry. What Kamala Harris did isn’t treating people fairly or equally under the video recording law,” notes Daleiden in the video.
“Selling body parts is a crime,” he concludes. “Reporting on it is not. I will never bow to the tyrannical vision of leaders like Kamala Harris who believe that they are entitled to tell us what to think, what to believe, and what to say.”
In May, Daleiden and CMP had filed a civil rights lawsuit against Kamala Harris, Planned Parenthood, and the California Attorney General’s Office in Los Angeles federal court for conspiracy to violate First Amendment freedoms.

Well all I will say about the debate tonight is that Vice President Pence has more class in his little finger than Kamala Harris has in her whole body.
One might disagree with Senator Harris, but, in my humble opinion, she came across as a knowledgable, intelligent lady.
Wish someone would ask her about the terrible example she set for young women by starting her political career off by having an affair with a much older married man, using her body and his political power to get herself appointed to office.
Kamala is a bad example to young men too. Using sex to get career advantage hurts everyone, this part of Kamala’s past should be examined. Goes to her character, or lack of character.
Some tried to make fun of Vice President Pence and called him sexist because he would not be alone with the door shut in a room with any woman, nor dine alone with any woman, but a relative. I say that makes him one of the smartest men on the planet as there are those, I am sure, who would love to set him up and smear his name by having some woman with no scruples make false accusations.
mike m, biting my tongue, here. All politicians lie but to feel the need to lie about the first Republican president to try to shame the current administration? Really?
I wish they would make real debates where you debate the issues and proposed solutions and you are not allowed to reference the other person.
All she did was attack President Trump’s character. She evading answering questions and she never addressed any issues. Attack, attack attack. That’s all she did while Pence talked about the issues and had kind words for her. Another two on one debate too. All the questions were negative about how Trump’s policies. Even with all that, Pence won the debate.
She actually said a lot of things that were not true and made a lot of faces. She was very rude, as well. I wish they were not allowed to talk about the other people.
This courageous young man and those who work with him at the Center for Medical Progress deserve our prayers and support.
(As an aside, one leading person at CMP found her way into the fullness of the Catholic Church, praise God.)
Is that truly David Daleiden– with long hair?? Or is someone trying to hurt him, with a fake photo?? Please explain!
He apparently grew his hair out. Does that make what he says and does any less or more true and commendable?
Maybe he took a Nazarite vow, like Samson. (Numbers 6:1-21)
Maybe, since Governor Newsom closed barber shops, he can’t get his hair cut.
The Lord tells us to not judge a person by his appearance (1 Samuel 16:7).
Well I doubt King David in the Old Testament had a Roman military haircut.
No “judgment,” here–perhaps poor David Daleiden was unable to get a haircut, due to COVID-19 restrictions, in recent months, on all businesses, to include barbershops! Bless him! He is a true Pro-Life hero, on the battlefield for Christ– and is much in need of our prayers!
His hair looks great. Long hair on men is coming back into fashion.
It was just announced that the “cure” for the virus given recently was created using fetal cells. I recall the administration severely criticized their use in the past, and now they want the drugs available to all for free.
Annette, to what “cure” are you referring? I’d like to research that. Thank you.
Deacon – please see the link below to the Washington Post article on the subject. I apologize for not being clear in my original post.

No, that’s fake news from the New York Times. Regeneron has gone on the record to clarify that their product is not made with stem or fetal cells. Don’t believe the liberal media.
NoNoAnnette, can you provide a reference to Regeneron not using a fetal cell line?
I tried finding that, including on Regeneron’s website, but was unable to find that.
Thank you.

Thank you. Though what you posted does indicate:
The lab tests used to evaluate the effectiveness of the antibodies were derived from what the MIT Technology Review pointed out was a standard cell supply known as HEK 293T. It originated as kidney tissue derived from an abortion in the Netherlands in 1973, the same year Roe v. Wade was decided. Those cells have since been “immortalized” in labs — they keep dividing endlessly, similar to cancerous growth — and have gone through other genetic changes, according to MIT. Over such a length of time, they can become disassociated from their origin. “It’s how you want to parse it,” a Regeneron spokesperson told MIT. “But the 293T cell lines available today are not considered fetal tissue, and we did not otherwise use fetal tissue.”
So, I can see why there’s confusion and controversy over the testing of the medication. I’m more concerned about an ethical solution to Covid than a political one.
No “judgments,” here — maybe David Daleiden has to wait for Coronavirus restrictions to ease up in his area, so he can go get a haircut! Anyway, he and his CMP co-workers all need lots of daily prayers, for the success of their mission, and to win their horrifically unjust court cases! May Christ triumph over Satan forever, against the Satanic Planned Parenthood and their evil allies!
Kamala Harris, Planned Parenthood, and all their evil cronies, will someday have to face God for their horrific sins.
