Additional observations Redmond is a High Desert town in central Oregon in the Diocese of Baker. St. Thomas Parish was established in 1941; the current church building was completed in 2004 and the parish hall in 2012. It serves more than 1,000 families.
We attended morning Mass one day on our return from a road trip to Glacier NP. We were very much impressed by the beauty of this church! The people at Mass were friendly and welcoming, which incidentally is not high on our priority list, but nice. Reverent right worship of God is number 1….and this was evident!
