Ballots will arrive this week for the Special Election in two very important California districts: Congressional District 25 with pro-life Congressional candidate Mike Garcia and state Senate District 28 with pro-life Senate candidate Melissa Melendez.
Due to the coronavirus, the May 12th special election will be entirely vote-by-mail, with ballots arriving in homes this week, which need to be filled out and mailed back right away!
Everyone can help get these two very important pro-life candidates elected.
Here are three things you can do to help:
1. Volunteer for Mike’s campaignfrom your own home, no matter where you live, by joining the campaign’s Get-Out-The Vote effort, making calls into the District. Email the campaign to volunteer.
2. Register for the Virtual Townhall Call with Mike Garcia this Wednesday April 15th at 6:30 pm.
3. Promote Mike Garcia for Congress to anyone you know in the 25th Congressional District which includes Castaic, Santa Clarita, Lancaster, and Palmdale area of our state and donate to his campaign! Here is Mike Garcia’s Congressional Campaign Facebook page you can promote through your Facebook contacts!
Mike Garcia’s Congressional District has been held by a pro-abortion politician, so Mike’s victory will be a national gain for Life in the U.S. Congress! He is running against a Planned Parenthood endorsed pro-abortion opponent.
The other important Special Election is for Melissa Melendez in state Senate District 28, which includes Palm Springs, Temecula, Indio, and Murietta.
The above comes from an April 14 email from Californians for Life.
This is a rare opportunity. I encourage you to considering sending a contribution soon to one or both of these pro-life candidates, as I just did. We can complain about the power of the abortion lobby in Congress, yet, this is an opportunity to work to change (lessen) that.
