Admissions Representative and Office Manager
John Paul the Great Catholic University is accepting applications for an energetic, mission-driven Admissions Representative and Office Manager to join our team. Your job will be to communicate JP Catholic's mission with passion to prospective students and their parents, manage our enrollment data and process, and plan campus visits and events. Our team has a strong work ethic, and we are committed to our departmental goal of recruiting and enrolling the best students at JPCatholic.

Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn Keap (primary CRM tool used for student recruitment at JPCatholic)
Strong organizational skills
Data Management: the handling of Admissions records and data at all stages of the enrollment cycle.
Student Recruitment: the processing of viewbook requests and direct mail initiatives, campaign creation in our Admissions CRM, management of reporting tools, correspondence with prospective students and parents, and prospective student list calling.
Visit Coordination: the management of campus visits and related tasks.
Event Coordination: the planning and execution of University Day logistics.
All tasks delegated by the Executive Vice President for Advancement and Enrollment
