No one would drive her to abortion

The following report came in a May 5 email.

Dear Pro-life friends,

The pure power of prayer was alive at Family Planning Associates [Miramar Road in San Diego] today. Without any verbal assistance from the counselors, a woman left FPA after having found out her baby was already 14 weeks.

She met one of the counselors as she was leaving the mill and stated that once they determined the baby was that far along she could no longer do it. She began to cry. The counselor asked her if she saw her baby and she said that she did not because once they did the ultrasound to determine the age of the baby they turned the monitor off and would not let her see the baby.

The counselor gave her information to go to Culture of Life Family Services, and this brave mother said she would call if she needed help. She is a mother with two children already, and she is single yet her heart and conscience are alive, as she knows that it is wrong to kill.

She came by herself because she said no one would drive her to get an abortion, so she will have lots of support from friends and family. Please keep “M” in your prayers. God bless our brave prayer warriors who came today to FPA and for all the prayers that helped this mother choose life.

On the other side of town, we had about 40 prayer warriors for the First Saturday Rosary Procession to Planned Parenthood downtown. We were not aware of any saves at pp, but as noted above, no prayer is wasted.

God bless these wonderful pro-lifers! Please pray for T.S., a Sidewalk counselor. Her 26 year old son was found dead. She needs our prayers, we are so grateful for her because she was there for many woman and most likely has saved many babies from being aborted and now she needs our prayers. I didn’t give her name, out of respect for her but God knows who she is. She is from San Diego, please keep her in your prayers, this was her only child too. I am crying right now. I don’t know her personally but she is known here for her pro-life efforts.

We complicate prayer as we complicate many things. It is to love Jesus with undivided love-for you, for me, for all of us. And that undivided love is put into action when we do as Jesus said, “Love as I have loved you.” Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta You are right when you say that no prayer is wasted and that we are one in Christ’s Body doing His works of love. Be encouraged. Bless your efforts. My prayers go out to you.

Praise God and bless M. That building is crazy – a flying saucer covered by a pyramid. I’d think in and of itself it’d be a deterrent. Clearly nothing good in there.

Another great triumph for life. I will pray for all these dear pro-lifers and the woman and child, too. Annasher, yes that abortuary looks very strangely “modern”, but I am sure the Nazi crematoriums did in their day, also.

Actually Annasher the abortion place is not inside the pyramid, the building is actually mostly a furniture store. The abortion business is in the same parking lot across it to the side.

What a story! And praise be to God for the way it ended. I also wonder if the fact that none of her friends or family would drive her to the abortion clinic played some subtle role in her correct and courageous decision to walk out of there. Refusing to drive a friend or family member to an abortion clinic must have been a little bit hard for those who care about this woman, but Jesus never promised that taking up our own crosses and following Him would be easy. It may have hurt this mother at first to see that no one would help her in what she may have perceived as her “hour of need,” but her friends and family stood tall for the baby’s hour of need and would not participate in the murder of this innocent child in even the most seemingly innocent of ways. But their refusal may actually have been the message of love and goodness that she needed to be sent at that moment, even though she still resisted it for a while longer. Discovering that her baby was so well developed that she had to admit its humanity was perhaps just the final part of the messages she was getting from every direction not to request or allow the clinic to murder this child. It seems to have sunk the final nail into the coffin and final resting place of her Satanic plans, a coffin first gifted by her friends and family.

Thank God and His Mother, her baby has been saved, but I don’t understand how you can call her a “brave mother”. Had it been just a week or so earlier, this child would have been murdered. Probably all those who rightfully refused to drive her to the killing center, through their standing up for what is right, and their prayers brought about this happy ending. Please go see “Octobers Baby”! God bless, yours in Their Hearts, Kenneth M. Fisher
