The following comes from a March 14 story on ABC News.
House Speaker John Boehner, the nation’s highest-ranking Catholic in the House of Representatives, declined an invitation today from President Obama to join the U.S. delegation to Pope Francis’ papal investiture, while Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi unabashedly expressed her hope to attend the March 19 event.
Following his meeting with House Republicans at the Capitol Wednesday afternoon, where the president was passed a note and broke the news to lawmakers that the College of Cardinals had chosen a new pope, Obama invited Boehner to join Vice President Joe Biden as part of the U.S. delegation attending the pope’s inauguration, according to a senior aide to the speaker.
“I am grateful for the invitation to attend the papal investiture in Rome with Vice President Biden, and would like to be able to join the trip. Unfortunately, my duties in the House next week – including hosting President Obama and the Prime Minister of Ireland at the Capitol on Tuesday, and the debate on the budget – make that impossible,” Boehner wrote in a statement declining the invitation. “I wish the vice president all the best in his journey and hope he communicates the prayers and warm regards of every American, especially Catholics, to the first pope from the Americas.” At a news conference today, a reporter asked Pelosi, the highest-ranking Catholic Democrat in the House, whether she is attending the Holy Mass in St. Peter’s Square to inaugurate the pope next Tuesday. “I hope so,” Pelosi answered. “Have you been invited?” the reporter pressed. “I hope so,” Pelosi repeated with a chuckle, indicating she is still waiting on a presidential invitation. “Stay tuned, and I’ll let you know if … I’m going and when.” President Obama meets with the House Democratic Caucus at 2:15 p.m. today, so perhaps Pelosi is hoping for good news from the president then. Pelosi expressed her “insatiable appetite” for every detail reported on the historical event, and she recounted how she absorbed the developments on TV as the news unfolded. “You’re always looking for signs. But when the bird was on the – did you see this? That there was a bird, a seagull on the chimney for like 40 minutes before the white smoke came,” Pelosi said in disbelief. “St. Francis has always been surrounded by birds. We’re reading a great deal into the symbolism of that.” To read entire story, click here.
While the rest of us who keep defending the faith…aren’t important or powerful enough to be invited….then those who defy the faith should definitely stay home and watch it on TV like the rest of us.
These politicians are so disrespectful and have no shame,
right on the mark polition yes good catholic not even close.you can add biden to that one
AMEN!! Abeca, I agree wholeheartedly.
This woman must be excommunicated……………..
Why don’t you communicate that to her?
In Church teaching – she has already excommunicated herself – just on her stand on abortion.
Mackz, do you believe politicians that publicy support causes such as abortion and same sex mariage should be excommunicated ?
Nancy probably wants a ‘photo op’ with the New Holy Father…….
Just like SHE TRIED with Holy Father Benedict.
He was on to her, and it wasn’t allowed!!!
This woman is so arrogant… AB Niederhauer spoke to her at least twice that I know of, and I would image that Holy Father Benedict did the same when she visited Rome a year or so ago.
What she needs if she does not come in full communion with the Church’s teachings is excommunication. And others can very well
also be excommunicated too, i.e. Biden, Andrew Cuomo, Jerry Brown, Kathleen Sebelius and the list goes on.
Very sad, very sad indeed. Been praying for them for awhile but doesn’t seem at this point to be helping… and meanwhile, they are bringing others down the wrong road with them and on top of that they are receiving Our Lord Sacriledgisly in Holy Communion!!!
Even if they were to go to Confession right before Mass… if you don’t have ‘firm purpose of amendment,’ the Confession is invalid from what I understand.
FYI, Elizabeth, Archbishop Niederauer did not speak to Pelosi about abortion. He stated that the subject “never came up”.
I’m hoping that there is someone at the Vatican who will spot the pro-aborts if they try to receive Holy Communion. That means Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, Loretta Sanchez, Susana Martinez, Anna Eshoo and Rosa DeLauro – and maybe a few other lesser knowns.
I wonder if Obama had a strong hand in selecting these pro-abortion democrats to attend this sacred event. What an insult to our new Pope.
FYI Susanna Martinez, Governor of New Mexico, is a Republican and is against abortion. Please, please don’t lump her in with the likes of Biden and Pelosi!!
Elizabeth I understand how you feel…it doesn’t seem to be helping part…it only seems like they just keep advancing abortion….
Earlier in the day on Wednesday, I was actually wondering if the new Pope would take the name Francis. I hope that Pope Francis I will be an advocate for the poor and forgotten people. I also hope that it will reinvigorate the Church in Latin America and help to keep people there in the Catholic faith.
The Catholic Church already provides more aid to the poor and sick than any other religion – and even government – in the world, and it has done this under all popes.
Yes, in fact the Catholic Church provides more help to the poor in our nation and around the world than all other charitable organizations and governments in the world . . . COMBINED. We have much to be grateful for in the way in which are contributions are managed so well, in combination with the tremendous amount of care that our religious provide to the poor around the world, but yet so much more needs still to be done, as so many are still in need.
Mark, you can be certain that Pope Francis, who has a tremendous record of helping the poor and caring for those in need, will be very interested in continuing to advocate for the poor and forgotten around the world. He is a humble man of great compassion for the poor and needy, and I believe we can place our complete trust in him in these matters.
I share your hope that his election will also reinvigorate the Catholic Church among those in Latin America, too many of whom have turned away from the Church in favor of pentecostal or other flashy religions of false promises and sometimes even false doctrine. The history of the Church in Latin America has some very sad chapters in terms of persecution of the Church but also errors on the parts of some churchmen. It would be wonderful to see a new day dawning throughout the Americas, thanks to our wonderful Pope Francis I.
You are correct Juergensen…
I hope this pope will concern himself with the poor souls, who will suffer for eternity because they have not been nourished with the true faith of the Catholic church. What good is any food to anyone that has been stripped of its beneficial properties and processed into something that slightly resembles its original form? This pope needs to do the consecration of Russia so that the renewal of the church can start!
Mark (from PA) There is no “Francis I” until there is a “Francis II”. He is simply pope “Francis”
That’ll be a planeload of Satanic homosexualist abortionists.
I hope Biden does not dare present himself for Holy Communion. The VP has infamously declared how “comfortable” he is with unnatural marriage and does not want to ban abortion lest he force his “beliefs” on anyone else. I also pray Biden amends his ways and turns from his desire to please the world.
Wherefore, whosoever shall eat this bread, or drink the chalice of the Lord unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and of the blood of the Lord.
1 Cor 11:27
Clinton R.—I hope Biden and the rest of those ungodly poliicos DO present themselves for Holy Communion. If they are denied or are given Communion you will be able to come to very negative or positive conclusions about the potential recipients as well as the donors. I look forward to the comments after the “event”.
That’s true. The Church in America so often gives these bad Catholic leaders Holy Communion to the scandal of the faithful. It will be interesting to see, if we can, if the American bad Catholics receive Communion. It is the height of pride and contempt, if they present themselves to Holy Communion and try to receive, knowing that they are in dis-union with the teachings of Catholicism. I pray for all sinners.
This is actually quite a test. As public figures that support and facilitate abortion, Pelosi, Biden, etc. are already excommunicated. The Holy See needs to ensure that they do not present themselves for Holy Communion. This needs to be done quietly and behind the scenes.
Let’s see if the Holy See can handle this…
“quietly and behind the scenes”??? Why not up and in the face of the world???
That’s right Skai, public scandal requires public retribution! These people are spitting in the face of Jesus and the world needs to see them publicly chastized. Who better than the Pope!
Pelosi needs a Saul moment, “Nancy, Nancy, why are you persecuting me?”
lisag, how many times in history has a powerful persecutor of the Church experienced a “Saul moment”?
Elizabeth,
It is my understanding, from an article I read that was released immediately after Pelosi met with Pope Benedict, that there was never a discussion as she claimed. He instructed her for over 15 minutes on the Church teachings regarding life. Of course that was never published by the secular media or her office. I pray that Pope Francis presses forward with Biden, Pelosi and the other former Catholics.
It wasn’t published because it never happened. Just the fantasy of one writer. Wishful thinking.
The all knowing Adolfo???
How come there is no symbolism of dead birds falling out the sky wherever Nancy Pelosi goes?
I am ashamed of the Speaker of the House for this insulting position, as he is supposed to be someone who will stand up for the right thing to do, which he usually does. I am even more ashamed of the prospective congregation of Americans who apparently will or may be present at the Mass, as they certainly represent the absolute worst of American Catholics. Regardless of what anyone thinks of their political stances, it is undeniable that their standings as Catholic bring shame upon our national Catholic image, and their presence in Rome would be and will be an insult to the Vatican. Boehner should have accepted this great opportunity, as a Catholic and one of the few of our politicians who can show his face in those hallowed quarters without 25% of Americans, the Catholics, cringing in a national sense of disgrace at the presence of all the other “Catholics” attending this Mass as a photo op and a chance to hoodwink Catholic voters at home who don’t pay close attention to politics into believing these folks are behaving as Catholics in a manner acceptable to the Vatican.
Since one of Pope Francis’ first requests was that Argentinians NOT fly to Rome, Boehnor may be being planning to follow that guidance and give to the poor instead. I hope!
Elizabeth, you make a good point.
Since both Obama and Biden will be out of the country, Boehner will be ‘president’ since the speaker of the house is the third in line. Maybe he has plans. he, he.
Marianne, I wonder if Pope Francis I concern for the poor would make Congressman Boehner uncomfortable. Congressman Boehner seems to back policies that favor the wealthy, often at the expense of the middle class. It would be good if he could be influenced by the beliefs of our new Holy Father. However, I am not holding my breath here. Many politicians follow the beliefs of those that give them the most money.
Spoken like a true, card-carrying Democrat, Mark. Of the countless things you could have said against all Democrats in this group, you chose to put a slant on the actions of Speaker of the House Boehner (not Congressman Boehner any more), who is leading the party that is trying to save us from financial suicide as a country. I could counter with 47.5 things to say against all Democrats in this group, shameful things, without a moment’s hesitation, but since we all know of the shame they have brought on us as Catholics and the wreckage with which we are damned by them as Americans, it isn’t necessary for me to bring all that up at this time. We are not talking about that at the moment anyway.
Maryanne, I have voted for many Republicans for President and other offices. I have voted for 6 Republicans for President, including voting for George H. Bush twice and George W. Bush twice. So I am not really a “card carrying Democrat.” Sadly many Republicans today are extreme right-winger who are out of the mainstream. Many of them care a lot more about the interests of the top 1% than they do about the bottom 47%. I was a strong supporter of President George W. Bush but his polices and tax cuts for the wealthy led to the large deficits that we have today and we really can’t blame that on the Democrats. I note that you also said that you are ashamed of the Speaker of the House.
Mark, yes, I did say I am ashamed of Speaker Boehner for choosing not to attend this Mass. Yes, it is largely ceremonial, and he is not to be faulted as a Catholic for choosing not to attend; however, he is missing a great opportunity to represent faithful American Catholics in this group largely composed of those who seem to me to have excommunicated themselves (or are our Catholic canon laws not of validity?), he is placing the importance of his earthly job higher than his respect for this wonderful new pope, and he is missing a great opportunity to meet and confer with countless representatives of other great nations and religions, even if only for a short while. This would serve us all well and perhaps add weight to his stature among American voters should we be fortunate enough to see him decide to run for president in the future.
It is God’s will that one fulfills one’s duties. If Speaker Boehner missed this great opportunity because it conflicted with the fulfillment of his duties, then he did the will of God.
PA, there are no “extreme right wingers” in Congress at all, not a single one. You’d likely claim that Karl Marx was a moderate conservative.
Sending Heretics to represent America, Boehner should put God first!
Marianne, Vice President Joe Biden did go to Pope Francis I installation Mass. He is the second highest ranking American so he was a good choice to attend this Mass. He is also a native of Pennsylvania and a Catholic.
Yes, Mark, I am aware of all that you shared. Joe Biden would be a much better choice to attend the Mass were he a truly faithful Catholic and not in favor of murdering babies in their mothers’ wombs.
On the other hand, a murdering dictator from Africa was also present, as his country also contains a great many Catholics, and he wants to impress them. I suppose murdering his own people is not any worse than a wide variety of individuals murdering our own people as well, by ripping them out of their mothers’ bodies, with maternal cooperation in all cases, or so I would hope. I am the only person I know of in the United States of America who had their baby raped into their body and forcibly ripped out by a forced abortion, although of course many people are pressured into choosing to have an abortion.
In the case of the African president, however, all the people he has murdered, or had murdered, were murdered against their will. I’m sure all our murdered American babies tried to fight in vain for their lives as well, while they were being snuffed out by well-paid murderers called, for the sake of their dignity I suppose, abortionists.
It is amazing that Mugabe is still alive, many people in Zimbabwe don’t make it to 40. I think it is time for God to take him on to his final reward. He will have a lot to answer for.
Maybe Boehner is testing this new Pope … to see if he has the guts to lead Catholics off the dung heap of history. BTW, some of the delagation is faithful Catholic, such as Rep Chris Smith.
Remember the saying “to those that much has been given, much is expected”. I wonder if either of them will see the gates of Heaven? With all their governmental power, not for one second would I want to walk in their shoes.
They don’t walk, Dee, they stalk.
Judge ye not.
Thank you Gato
If God did not want us to judge, why did he give us the Holy Spirit and the gift of DISCERNMENT? We practice our free will by judging right from wrong.
Wow, great point, AmberCrest!!! Amazing how simple a clear expression of truth can be!!!
Much prayer is needed. These politicians are wolves in sheepskin clothing . They are taking many souls to the abyss with them and they need to be called out on it. I would love to see them approach the altar only to be refused in front of millions of viewers. That might just be what is needed now. But the media probably wouldn’t report it anyway.
Only minions of Satan can properly represent a Satanic nation.
But, Juergensen, St Constantine, Emperor, led a pagan empire, saw the Light, and mandated Catholicism throughout his realm.
Pelosi, Biden, Bohner and their likes that adore the richness of the world of darkness instead the Divine Light in poverty and humility. The Love of Christ is always with the poor. These politicians must sell everything they own and give to the poor to follow the crucified Jesus Christ carrying their crosses in Poverty not with their huge mansions and great bank accounts! Not even their sandals can they wear! That is the very act of renouncing Satan, who hates the poor!
“Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.”
~~Matthew 5:3
First beatitude
Taken from the Catholic Encyclopedia: The word poor seems to represent an Aramaic ‘ányâ (Hebrew ‘anî), bent down, afflicted, miserable, poor; while meek is rather a synonym from the same root, ‘ánwan (Hebrew ‘ánaw), bending oneself down, humble, meek, gentle. Some scholars would attach to the former word also the sense of humility; others think of “beggars before God” humbly acknowledging their need of Divine help. But the opposition of “rich” (Luke 6:24) points especially to the common and obvious meaning, which, however, ought not to be confined to economical need and distress, but may comprehend the whole of the painful condition of the poor: their low estate, their social dependence, their defenceless exposure to injustice from the rich and the mighty. Besides the Lord’s blessing, the promise of the heavenly kingdom is not bestowed on the actual external condition of such poverty. The blessed ones are the poor “in spirit”, who by their free will are ready to bear for God’s sake this painful and humble condition, even though at present they be actually rich and happy; while on the other hand, the really poor man may fall short of this poverty “in spirit”.
We will always have the poor with us….even the rich can be saved…
I remember a Democrat telling me that he thought that since rich Democrats where for the poor and practiced their strong stand to help the poor, that they gained heaven…what a crazy and backwards way to view that party of enablers in the welfare system, abortion supporters and strong activist of same sex marriage. It’s sad indeed.
It is not the governments job to dictate how much one needs to give to the poor…no not at all. It is not the governments job either to define what makes someone poor….even the struggling middle class can be poor, mortgage poor, but envy is a dangerous thing…punishing others for their hard work by enslaving them with more and more taxes, by not edifying a hard working person who earned their own home, their own meals and by some miracle is still being generous to their faith based institution that help others in need.
A rich man going to Heaven is like a camel going through an eye of a needle, which means it is impossible. A rich man or women, democrate or republican will not go to Heaven. The road to Calvary is not easy, it is suffering carrying your cross which is burdensome at takes one far, far away from ones comfort zone. Mortification of the flesh, turning ones selfishness into acts of charity in the spirit of humility is impossible for a rich man! Sell everything you have, give the money to the poor, pick up your cross and follow Christ Jesus to Mount Calvary! Don’t let the master of lies fool you! The world of darkness is what keeps one away from Christ and His Salvation! To imitate Jesus Christ is to be like St. Fransis in poverty and peace which is virtue!
Sixtus Maximus, the Lord Jesus said, “it is harder for a rich man to enter heaven than for a camel to go through the eye of a needle,” then he added, “but with God all things are possible.” So rich people who have earned it honestly and use their own money generously to truly help others can go to heaven. Beware of too much envy. There is a Commandment against coveting, and I see a lot of division in this nation and the Church because of it. I am not wealthy or even upper middle class by the way, but I see much danger in envying other people too much.
Sixtus that is a misinterpretation of that holy scripture and only God can judge a rich man’s heart and decides if he is saved. That scripture passage is not speaking of an actual needle…I recall a famous devout Theologian explain it better, wish I could post it but it is way too long to post. Maybe you can look it up from a reliable source. The word “brethren” does not mean only a sibling…it can also mean cousins etc…..remember that we must interpret the bible from the era it came from(they used different terms expressions etc and sometimes it can get lost due to language interpretation, it may lose some if its true meaning)….today we do not live like the Biblical days so words, terms etc can be a bit different. Why do you think there is heretical interpretation of holy scriptures because of the lack of knowledge of those times.
Many of our saints came from wealthy families, do not think for once that their parents weren’t saved. Remember it is our Lord who judges hearts not us, for we are imperfect and can be unjust.
The “eye of the needle” is one of the twelve gates that led into Jerusalem. It was the smallest gate. For a camel to go through everything the camel was carrying would have to be removed. Like many of the things that Jesus said it was a parable. It is not impossible, just difficult for the rich to let go of their possessions. Remember, as Catholics we do not take everything in the Bible literally.
satan that great deceiver has told these people this. What they don’t understand is that if one helps another, you are responsible to see that the ‘help’ does some good, like not giving money to an alchoholic and he buys booze with it.
Also, Sixtus Maximus, although Our Lord Jesus chose to live among the poor, one reason he and St. Joseph were poorer was the high taxation of the Roman Empire on the Jewish people and others, so the Emperors could provide “bread and circuses” to the Roman citizens while some of them sat on their behinds and did much of nothing. Our Lord and St. Joseph were working class and small business men. They had a carpenter shop, and I am sure they made fine furniture and were successful in business. They might even had employed others in their shop. The Bible does not mention whether they did or not.
The Lord also told the Roman soldiers to be satisfied with their wages. Some of them were greedy and were spending their money improperly.
It was once explained to me by an old Columban priest, who had worked missions in such back country that travel even by foot was impossible during rains, that I could never be poor no matter what. There has remained with me a lot to contemplate about this idea.
The whole Communion thing kind of disturbs me. When it comes down to it, our own personal vanity would love to see these unworthy folks turned away at the alter. It would satisfy our own selfishness and self-righteousness. But I think God will take care of the Biden’s and Polosi’s of the world. I’m almost to the point of feeling sorry for them just because they have turned there backs on God; at least I hope I can feel sorry for them. I mean, wouldn’t we rather see them go to communion in the hope that their eyes will be opened? Wouldn’t we rather see them back as a part of God’s body and sharing eternal happiness with us? I know I don’t pray enough for them. God forgive me for that.
“..wouldn’t we rather see them go to communion in the hope that their eyes will be opened?”
“For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh judgment to himself, not discerning the body of the Lord.” 1 Cor 11:29.
Please remember that Holy Communion is the body and blood of Jesus Christ and we are responsible to receive Him in a state of grace, after frequent confession, with a firm purpose of amendment. If not, we commit a grave sin of receiving Christ in our sin, with no intention of changing our sin. That’s even worse than refraining from receiving Christ.
I share your hope that bad Catholics will return to the Faith, but we are not being charitable by letting politicians who practice and promote sin, to come to the banquet of Christ and share communion with the faithful.
One can not receive the Holy Eucharist in mortal sin. Not even politicians.
Of course they can; they do it all the time.
John Fischer it may bother you but it has always been a Catholic teaching when enforced….have more faith and understand the “why” behind it….it is for their own salvation and their own good. I appreciate your honesty though.
Read 1 Corinthians 11:27-34.
God bless. : )
“Then Jesus said to his disciples: If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.”
Douay-Rheims Bible Matthew 16:24
GREAT POST! A true Christian response Thank You
Baloney, and you know it. Biden, Pelosi, and their ilk give public scandal by receiving the Eucharist while publicly and unrepentantly placing themselves on the wrong side of grave spiritual matters like abortion, homosexualist/gay “marriage”, and embryonic stem cell research. Their scandal, if left uncorrected, entices others in the Church to follow their lead. The Eucharist is not some symbolic wafer that one toys with to make political points.
Just remember: Cardinal Burke is in Rome.
The sad part of these so called “Catholic” politicians is that they are literally opposing God Himself. If that plane was to crash enroute to Rome, I would not want to be in their place as they stand in judgement before God. It would then be too late to regret or ask for forgiveness.
That’s true. That’s why we should always keep ourselves ready, for the day will come when we least expect it.
Like Pope Fransis says God loves to forgive, He never gets tired of it. We should always seek forgiveness from Jesus Christ the King and Savior everyday until the day we die. Never to tire of the ritual of the Sacrament of Confession. We need Jesus Christ everyday!
The always reliable Nancy Pelosi came out again and this time said she’s going to the Vatican, along with other California politicos, to take part in the festivities surrounding the election of Pope Francis. Does the Pope realize how FORTUNATE he will be to be the recipient of Pelosi’s truly AMAZING advice on how to be a good Catholic politician? Like it’s OK to DISSENT from the Church’s teaching on the SANCTITY OF UNBORN HUMAN LIFE? And that’s because Nancy’s a good practicing Demoncrat, and she’s ALREADY cleared up a lot of this human life stuff with the previous pope, Bnedict XVI. NOT! Actually, she took kind of a shellacking from Benedict when she sought a private audience with him about a year or two ago, couldn’t get one and had to settle for a 15 minute lecture (dressing-down?) from the Pope, along with some other tourists. But Nancy being Nancy, a truly pathetic and delusional soul, she STILL KNOWS BETTER! If I could give the new Pope advice I’d recommend the stiff medicine of Canon 915 for her, and of course, much prayer, which ALL OF US NEED, then possibly the services of the Chief Exorcist of Rome, Fr. Gabriel Amorth, if Pelosi is still recalcitrant. But then, maybe that’s what Pelosi has needed all along, the one-two punch of Canon 915 & the ministrations of an exorcist. Worth trying.GOD BLESS ALL, MARKRITE
A man must be born again if he is to enter the Kingdom of God! This rebirth happens when we declare that Jesus Christ is the Lord of our lives and turn away from sin and death and turn to His Cross for the forgiveness of our sins. Then we ask Jesus Christ to equip us for the journey back to the Father’s House and He baptizes us with the Holy Spirit Whose Gifts are given for the building up of the Body. The road back to the Fathers House is sprinkled with the Blood of the Lamb and it is a stony and uphill climb and we need the Body of Christ Spirit filled Christians who are in Communion to follow the one Shepard Peter who knows the way. Those who do not follow Peter aren’t on the road to salvation but distract and disturb the sheep leading them away to slaughter by wolves like Biden Pelosi and all who are enemies of Christ and His People
I am with Judith Brown’s comment on this one: Cardinal Burke IS IN ROME.
Did he not just speak to Catholics in Ireland including telling the priests that politicians should not participate in receiving the Holy Eucharist?
Yes I admit, I would gain some selfish satisfaction in watching these frauds be PUBLICLY denied communion; but how often has that Public insulted Christ and his Bride. Maybe a good slap of humiliation will be just what they need!
There are some really great comments here today. Let’s all pray without ceasing for FRANCIS. He has an enormous labor! He must engage in battle imediately. There is GREAT hope, as he seems to be very familiar with global systems. He must do battle with corporatism, which is attempting to usurp the souls of all of mankind and to subject them to a brutal slavery from which there is little chance of escape. This pontiff must fight for all souls, believers and non, as the plan of the global corporations is to eliminate eternal truth and to build their ‘new order’ based soley on materialism and profit. COME HOLY SPIRIT! May God richly bless you, FRANCIS, great warrior pontiff. REMEMBER DON BOSCO!
Please notify the VATICAN and the US Papal Nuncio that the US President is sending Catholic heretics and schismatics to the Papal Investiture.
It is very important so that they may not receive Holy Communion.
(Canon 915).
This would be a great message to send to the World.
Sacrilege not allowed.
But someone must inform the Pope and Vatican to make it happen
So Nancy see signs in the bird on the chimney, and seeks more:
“An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and no sign will be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah. For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the whale’s belly, so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth” (Mt 12:40)
I was trying to recall this verse, AmberCrest. Glad someone did and posted it.
She has also claimed that some long dead women’s spirits have sit on a seat with her according to a video on the web, Eleanor Roosevelt and Susan B. Anthony. Susan B. Anthony was a very pro life feminist who thought abortion was the abuse of women and children encouraged by others, mainly men. If the video is factual, and it certainly seems to be, if Susan B. Anthony were to come back, she certainly would not be sitting on Nancy’s chair and giving her approval to abortion. We need to pray for this woman and the others. They might be into spiritualism, which is forbidden by the Bible and the Church. I tried to explain to one Catholic woman the difference between conjuring up the dead and asking for the prayers of the Christian Saints, and she just could not or refused to get it. She seemed to put all the souls of the dead on the same level and thought it was all right to conjure them up, and it is not. Doing an act of Reparation to the Sacred Heart for our own sins and theirs is certainly in order.
Reportedly both Biden and Pelosi have received Communion at St Peter’s. Guess that act, if true, blows away all the repect for the papacy and episcopacy. These people cannot be trusted. We all can read Catholic doctrine, dogma and Scripture and Doctors of the Church … btw, save these books in case they become outlawed. But the actual men who are give authority in God’s Church have given away all the signs of trust. They will all end up bleating into the wind which will drown their empty words. What better setting can anyone imagine for the onset of the final anti-Christ to step up and rescue, although not possible, the Church and the world? Is the Church now just like a chicken running around with its head lopped off?
